    Up for auction is an authentic and original Vintage Usuhari Glass for Japanese Sake, beer or water, used in Old Imperial Bar, Imperial Hotel, Tokyo, designed by architect legend Frank Lloyd Wright, inspired from traditional Clan Monogram, Ichimatsu

    Imperial Hotel, Tokyo constructed from 1912 and completed 1923 survived the magnitude 8.3 Great Kanto Earthquake of September 1, It was just preparation for Opening day. Wright was very confident with strength of the structure but not sure. A telegram from Japanese friend Baron Okura reported "Hotel stands undamaged as monument to your genius. Congratulation."
    In 1968, Imperial Hotel Wright Annex was demolished due to urban developmental pressures.
